We recommend that parents who are using the software follow these steps for installation:
- Access the parent website http://pearsoncommunity.com/gwinnett/
- Follow the directions for creating login information (English / Español )
- Login using the new parent login created by the parent
- Access the installation video PRIOR to installing the software and watch video
- Follow the installation directions carefully for SuccessMaker at-home (do not install content locally)
- After installation, test accessing both math and reading courses.
- If installation is NOT successful, parents then should use the troubleshooting guide
