Are you getting lost in the sea of folders in Google Drive? Would you like to color code certain folders so they are easier to distinguish from others? Follow these directions on color coding folders.
There are a couple of reasons why saving to your desktop is not a good idea.
1) The more items on your desktop, the more memory is used by the computer and less that is available for programs.
2) The files need to be backed up in case of a hard drive failure.
John has put together directions for you. Please be sure to save your documents to your H drive or your Google drive and NOT your desktop. If the hard drive fails and they aren't backed up, they will be lost!
When you are looking at your DA scores, please make sure you are selecting your second semester sections - designated by S2 - instead of your first semester sections. Kids that have withdrawn or enrolled will not show correctly if you don't have the correct section selected.
