I know some are still taking the Milestones, but it is that time to look at the SPG and DA schedule. Russ sent it out, but it is also online with the most recent edits. It will be integrated to the regular lab schedule soon. Regular lab times will be cancelled during these days but be sure to look for open slots.
BYOD Day is THIS Friday, April 28. I have heard lots of questions, so I put together an FAQ document for you. It also has a link to how the students will log on to their devices. Krissy, Vinnie and I are creating at least one activity per grade level. They will be linked to the grade level Symbaloo that can be found in your eClass page as well as the school website. After reading the FAQs, please let me know if you have further questions. I am making my entire day available to come troubleshoot as needed in classes on Friday. Please send an email to all three of us, Deb, John and me, if you need someone to come to your room and troubleshoot or provide any assistance. That way one of us can come if another person is already tied up.
The end of the year diagnostic assessment has been enabled so you can begin working on it for your data sheet.

As the year draws near, those that will be leaving the Lilburn family need to keep a few things in mind, even if you are going to another GCPS school.
1. Your Lotus Notes do not go with you. You will keep the same e-mail address, but the inbox is completely deleted. you can follow these directions for archiving your Lotus Notes you want to keep.
2. Your H drive will NOT be deleted but it is best to back it up in case of issues through the transfer process. We recommend an external hard drive or large thumb drive depending on the size of your H drive.
3. Your Google account will be disabled after 1 year.
4. All laptops must be turned in by May 25 and if you are moving to another GCPS school, you will be issued a new laptop from them. You will need to coordinate with the new school when you can get the laptop.
