Please pay careful attention to what stays in the room on the linked checklist. Remember ONLY your laptop goes with you if you are moving rooms. Also, this year everyone will get a large ziplock bag and you must turn in your SMARTboard pens, eraser, USB cable as well as the microphone and charger. Bags will be in your boxes this week.
Remember the conversion charts are now located in the C&I tool in the portal in the Teacher Accountability and Assessment page. Math for 1st - 3rd is a SPG so it DOES NOT go in the grade book, thus the reason why there are no conversion charts for them.
Remember that all grades are due TOMORROW. We will have the PDFs to you on Friday and the checklist is due on Monday.
For 3rd - 5th please use the comment Promoted pending review. Please put the comment under Conduct.
Please check your conduct and reading as well. If your conduct is showing up NA then make sure the assignment type is correct. You may have chosen classroom when the percentage assignment has been added to summative.
For Reading Level, we here at LES created the Reading Level category before the county added F&P level. Unless you changed it, the percentage has been assigned to Reading Level and not F&P. Be sure you chose Reading Level as the assignment type.

Hopefully everyone that is getting a camera in their room has been able to sign up for training. Look on your ceiling for the red dot and as you think over the summer how you will arrange your room next year. The training will give you more information about room arrangement too. Remember sign up in in PD&E.
The Shared drive has become overwhelming so this summer we will be deleting most everything except school wide info that was used this year. Please make sure you back up anything you really need!
We will be closing the labs on Tuesday, May 23 since we have to pack them all up for carpet. Monday will be the last day in B, C & D. Tuesday will be the last day in C. The Mini lab will remain open thru Wednesday as will laptop cart check out.
Have you heard that the public library now has free wi-fi hotspots that patrons can check out for 3 weeks? What a great way for our parents that don't have access at home to have it at various times during the year. Please check out the website for more information.
As the year draws near, those that will be leaving the Lilburn family need to keep a few things in mind, even if you are going to another GCPS school.
1. Your Lotus Notes do not go with you. You will keep the same e-mail address, but the inbox is completely deleted. you can follow thesedirections for archiving your Lotus Notes you want to keep.
2. Your H drive will NOT be deleted but it is best to back it up in case of issues through the transfer process. We recommend an external hard drive or large thumb drive depending on the size of your H drive.
3. Your Google account will be disabled after 1 year, but you will lose access to Lilburn shared items sometime between end of school and start of the new year.
4. All laptops must be turned in by May 25. If you are moving to another GCPS school, you will be issued a new laptop from them. You will need to coordinate with the new school when you can get the laptop.
